ToP Methodology
The Technology
of Participation (ToP) is an integrated set of facilitation approaches
consisting of two basic facilitation methods and a system of event
planning techniques. These can be combined and applied to designed
processes that allow people to work together more effectively.

ToP Training
programs are designed to allow you to understand and utilize
