LEADERSHIP INC is a performance improvement company based in Shenzhen and serving Southern China, including Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

He is an organizational change facilitator/consultant and executive coach. He works with senior managers to design and facilitate their organization’s change processes including strategic planning, corporate vision and mission, team building, leadership development, personality styles, and organizational culture assessment. These programs are custom designed to meet the client’s situation and particular needs.

Mark has eleven years experience in corporate development and, previously, worked for five years at Standard Chartered Bank in corporate banking. He has fifteen years experience in Asia, living in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

He holds a MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University and has studied Mandarin Chinese at the National Taiwan Normal University.

Karen Lim a Director and Senior Consultatn of LEADERSHIP INC.

She has 7 years experience in organizational development and training in Greater China, leading a range of corporate and personal workshops including Organizational Planning, Effective Personal Productivity, Effective Personal Leadership, Time Management, Creative Thinking, Memory Management Skills, Stress Management, Public Speaking, etc.    She also is a certificated trainer for several leading international training programs including LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL® （LMI）and CELEMI. She is also trained and actively utilizes in the Technology of Participation (ToP®) Facilitation.

Karen also contributes articles on management development to local management magazines and hosts a popular radio call-in program about personal and career development. She has deep understanding of the subtleties and requirements of effective communication to groups.  She creates exciting, fun and memorable training programs and presentations and she is able to effectively teach others how to do the same in their own presentations.

She has extensive management experience having previously served as an Administration & Marketing Manager for a joint venture government owned (China & Malaysia) travel and investment Promotion Corporation, and as an Assistant General Manager of an electronic-parts manufacturer in Taiwan. Ms. Lim has lived in Malaysia and Taiwan, and is multilingual including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and Taiwanese. She is a graduate of Dan Hang University with a BA in Public Relations.

Eva Li Ning Hua is a Consultant with LEADERSHIP INC.

She is a certified coach of CELEMI business simulation programs and trained in the Technology of Participation (ToP®) Facilitation methods. Her training clients include a range of Chinese and multinational corporate groups, requiring executive development for senior managers and team development programs. She has over 6 years of experience as a trainer/facilitator leading a range of corporate and personal workshops including, presentation skill and Sales Team Training.

Ms. Li has extensive management experience having previously served as a Managing Director and Project Manager for her consulting company.  She has also served as Vice General Manager of a leading Chinese chained boutique company and as an Assistant General Manager for a Sino-American joint venture in commercial and management field in Beijing. She has applied her expertise across several enterprise related disciplines including New Company Establishment, Product Launches, Joint Venture Operations, Product Importation and Distribution and Sales Territory Administration.

She was graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and French
